- A brief description of the issue
- Your device type and OS version
- Screenshots or crash logs if available
iOS Crash Log:
- Go to Settings > Privacy & Security > Analytics & Improvements > Analytics Data
- Scroll the alphabetical list to find entries starting with your app’s bundle ID or name
- Tap a crash log (they usually end in .ips)
- Tap the Share icon (top right)
- Choose Mail and send it to: [email protected], Subject: "Customer Support"
